Because we’re a part of the community, it’s important to us that we give back to it at every possible turn. Here you’ll find information on our most recent community outreach programs and—when applicable—how you can participate, too.
Warm The Soles
Every Christmas, we’re delighted to participate in Warm the Soles of Kids program during which we raise monetary donations to provide new shoes for economically disadvantaged children in Utah. During the event, Nebo Credit Union members in good standing may defer one loan payment when they donate $40 or more to the program.
In 2022, due to the overwhelming generosity of our members, we were able to donate 792 pairs of shoes!
Supporting Education
Since we were originally founded by teachers in the Nebo school district, you might say that education is in our blood. Maybe that’s why were so thrilled to support our local schools through book fairs, sports team sponsorship, and more.
