New to online banking?

Follow the steps below to get enrolled into our new online banking system.

  1. Select the “First time user? Enroll now.” option when first attempting to log into your new online banking.

2. Enter your information in the fields provided. The information you provide must match your Nebo CU account information.

3. A verification code will be sent to your mobile device. If your phone is not a mobile device, then the verification code will be sent to your email.

4. Create new log in credentials. Select the “show rules” button to see the username and password requirements.

5. Enjoy your new online banking experience! Take time to organize your dashboard and set it up to your liking.

FAQ's

+ What is my member number?

Your member number is the same as your account number.

  • Your account number can be found on your statements or checks.

+ Can I reuse my old username and password?

As long as your username and password meet the security requirements, you are able to reuse your old username and password. However, all first time users of the new system must enroll in the new system.

+ My phone or email doesn't match

The information you provide must match what we have in our system. Please give us a call to verify your account information.

+ What do I do if I get locked out of my account?

If you are locked out of your Nebo CU account, please call us at (801) 798-3679 to speak with a member service representative. Be prepared to verify your account and we will assist you in unlocking your account.
