Scholarship Form

Nebo Credit Union is offering a $1,000.00 one-time scholarship for an individual who meets all the following requirements:

  1. Student must be or become a member of Nebo Credit Union.

  2. Student should be well-rounded, hard working, and have proven commitment to academics.

  3. Student must be a high school senior and have a minimum accumulative GPA of 3.0 (4.0 equals A basis).

  4. Student Should be active in community service and participate in extracurricular activities.

  5. Applicant should demonstrate leadership skills and abilities.

  6. Student should show they have defined their career objectives, and the ability to complete their career plans.

  7. Student should exemplify the credit union ideals of service and people helping people.

  8. Applicant should submit an essay, a transcript of grades, and two letters of recommendation with this application.

  9. Write an essay in 500 words or less answering the following question:How can your own fiscal responsibility enable credit unions to better follow their motto of “People helping People“?

  10. Applications must be received by Nebo Credit Union by April 10th.

Applications may be submitted in the following ways

Option 1

Present completed scholarship packet to your schools counseling center for electronic submission.

Option 2

Mail scholarship packet to

Deliver scholarship packet to any of our three branch locations.

Scholarship will be made payable to the recipient and the college to which the recipient is registered.
